Real Time Endorsements


Endorsement processing is one of the most challenging aspects of Real Time interface. The capabilities you can offer to your agents are tied directly to the ability of your policy administration system to accept changes and integrate those changes to the existing policy. Further, the ability of each agency system to work with multiple versions of the policy provides additional integration challenges. NxTech understands the challenges and our technology's ability to manipulate data and display the results gives you the ability to transfer data from the agency management system directly to your application site with a Real Time response confirming data received and launching the carrier process review and/or completion of the endorsement.

NxTech software automates the sign–on to the carrier system, creates the response page, and displays any details the carrier wishes to share. Data can be validated, edited, and enhanced as part of the work flow. Optional processes include data gathering of company unique and supplemental application questions. Minimizing human intervention and potential error enhances the agency's workflow experience.
