Real Time Rating


Eliminating duplicate entry has long been a hurdle in company–agency interface. Real Time Rating eliminates the trials of duplicate entry and learning multiple proprietary systems. By including underwriting rules, or gathering third party information, NxTech is able to receive and then enhance data already entered in the management system.

NxTech software automates the sign–on to the carrier system coming from Transformation Station™ or TransactNOW®, creates the response page, and displays any details the carrier wishes to share. Data can be validated, edited, and enhanced as part of the work flow. Third party vendors can also be called by the NxTech interface so their critical rating factor details are integrated into the process as well.

Through direct interaction with the carrier's rating systems, an accurate quote is presented in Real Time – all within the agency management system workflow. Carrier branded quote sheets can be presented in an HTML, PDF, or Text response. Links back to the carrier's agency portal system can also be included.

Optional processes include data gathering of company unique and supplemental application questions for those systems that require more detail to rate than the agency management systems are able to provide.
